Hey dolls! I hope everyone is fab. Yes I am back. I thought about deactivating my blog and creating another one however I stopped and thought about it. I've had this blog since 2008. I've grown so much and couldn't imagaine deleting all of those memories. I have done some thinking and since I haven't made a post in about a year I want to kind of take my blog in a different direction and focus not so much on my personal life but more on what I've grown to love. As I've gotten older my love for fashion and makeup has just gone through the roof. So I look forward to taking you guys on my journey with me with spring right around the corner I can't wait to go shopping for spring attire, and get deals on makeup for different looks. Hello everyone, As always I hope everyone is doing well.

Let's jump into this! So I got invited a couple days ago by my bestfriends to attend the black expo with them. Where do I begin? haha. No all in all it was a good night HOWEVER I feel like certain things could have ran smoother ie during the fashion show there was ALWAYS a delay on the switching up the music like come on did we do a run through? However the ladies did work it out on the runway when the music decided it wanted to play. My favorite throught out the fashion show were the "Nappy Roots" dance routine. Omg the dancing was amazing put me right in " Coming to America" literally good job guys!

The next highlight would probably be seeing some local artists perform. Well I wouldn't really call them local at all being as none were from here lol but whatever. Some ladies came out raping and djing they were hot, they were dope I can't recall their names right now though I belive it was DDMC but Im not sure. Next highlight would be Crystal Renee's performance. I had never heard of her until last night she's really dope. It's a shame she's unsigned such good talent. However she'll "make it big" and when she does I can say I met her, got her autograph and a picture with her (my friend needs to be uploading that ASAP) thumbs up lol. She came out to meet the crowd after her set which most artists don't do I think that's why I like her aside from her singing she just seems like a people person and very sweet.

Other than that there wasn't much else I can speak on I mean come on only ONE place was giving away samples in food and it was cupcakes. I want to sample some MEAT baby AND no business out there were excepting debit cards cash only. Get with it people!!!

Anywho here are some pictures of me from yesterday. When I get the picture of Crystal Renee and I, I'll def come back and post it up my phone likes to die at the right time FAIL! Hello to all I hope everyone is doing fab. I can't believe I haven't made a post since October. That's what nine months wow! Well I hope everyone had some great holidays lol.

Now to business. As you can see I changed the whole look of my blog. Why you ask? Because as I've gotten older and changed I have fallen madly inlove with yes, you've guessd it makeup! I can't get enough of this this stuff it's bad haha. However Im not looking to spend a fortune to get a great look. In later monther I've made purchases with MAC and Sephora. I enjoyed my products I got from them however I've discovered you can get the same results without the whole name brand fancy stuff.

So that's what this new blog will be about from now on:beauty, and my life. More detailed post to follow. I have to run bye guys :)!

Having a hard time getting up and getting going today so I thought I'd make a quick post :)

So, as we all know Iam a HUGE Janet Jackson, and Mariska Hargitay Stan. Yes these two women are extremely talented, and beautiful (lets face it their beauty makes me gag for my life!!!!) but it goes much deeper than that. They do alot for others and not for the "praise" of hollywood but because their heart is simply just that big. Their list of envolvement of charity work combined is amazing. I engourage you all to get out in your communities and get envolved anyway you can. You don't have to be rich to show that you care just reach out. You never know how much of an impact you can make on someone's life by just by being there and showing your heart. So thank you Mariska for starting your foundation, and thank you Janet for all the work you do for children <3

I have to admit that I watch tons, and tons, and TONS of SVU! I know every Tuesday is marathon day and after work my schedule is cleared (I have a point trust me lol). So, because of this and the subject matter that is on every episode I started to really and I mean really look into the Joyful Heart Foundation. What they do is amazing but really looking into the numbers of how many children, and women that get assaulted each year is astonishing and very sad. I feel like my heart just ways heavy on this issue.

I know neither Janet or Mariska will ever see this post(lol) but I made it for me, I made it for you, I made it for whoever has the time to sit down and read it :)

Oh gosh where to begin?lol..Well as always I hope all is well with everyone :)

Im sure this will turn out to be just another rant. I have so many thoughts running through my mind I don't even know how to put it all together. Im just trying to take each day at a time, enjoy family, and friends. Speaking of friends my BESTEST friend is FINALLY moving back home. I could scream with joy. We haven't seen eachother in six (yes I said six) years! Wow time has flown and yet we are still the same crazy, moving quoting goof balls we were back in school lol. We talk like everyday so it doesnt feel like its been that long. Whoever invented text messaging is a genius lol. Can't wait to go out with this crazy girl. I laugh when I look back at how we were as teens and the stuff that we did. Now that we're older it's going to be some good laughs lmao

Im so excited for this change in weather. I can't wait for the season to fully break so I can whip out my boots sings" these boots were made for walking..."It's funny how in the winter everyone can't wait for it to be summer then when summer lingers to long everyones yapping about wintering hurrying its ass up to come lol. Yes I'll admit Im one of those people aswell and you're lying if you say you don't do it either!!

Well lets wrap this up.I think it's safe to say Im happy where God has placed me, my family and friends in our lives and I hope you guys are content aswell take care :)

So I don't know why but I feel like I've lost my blogging touch and the "want" to actually write.Maybe that's why I barely make any posts anymore or when I do make a post its just a quick rant and keep it moving lol.

Anyway summers almost up and I really didnt do anything exciting. Attended a few functions of course indulged in some drinks ;) and spent time with the fam. Although it hasnt been exciting its the little things that make my days spending time with my family and close friends is where it counts in the end.

Okay...so...there's kinda this guy Im totally crushing on I feel like Im back in school days or something lol. I don't overlly bug just enough to let him know yeah you've caught my eye.Its nothing serious but it's nice to have those "crushing" feelings again...okay let me stop before I get the urge to want to delete this whole paragraph lol

I've been on a "cam whorin" (lol) phase this week but this pic goes straight out my Jan jan.So bummed I can't go to her show this month but that just means I'll have to have my own concert at home with my all for live in hawaii and the velvet rope dvds yep I said it!

Ive been meaning to put up a new post just havent gotten around to it.Ugh so much shit has been going on that I for one am glad its a new month so long May and the baggage I leave in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im so excited its summer time. I just want to have fun and hang with my girls. Not really feeling jumping right back into another relationship the way my mind is right now Im like FUCK love lol.No but really Id rather be single then to have to deal with that back and forth shit this is why I usually keep my gaurd up with men but you live and you learn.Now Ill admit I spent countless nights up crying and all but Im just ready to see what else is out there Im kind of excited :)!!
Old friends are back in my life and a few new ones too so not all is lost.Sometimes you just have to breathe deep look to God and know everything will bo okay :)
Anyway Im rambling lol so I think Ill end it here.By the way new poems are up!!

"Its been along time I shouldn't left you"lol.

I can't believe its been four months since my last post!Alot has happened for the best :).Since it is valentines day I'll give you the gooshy stuff first lol.There is a new guy in my life.He makes me very happy and to think that we've been knowing eachother for the longest and things are just progrssing with us.Id say Im happy with that timing is everything and slower is better!!I'm at that point where I feel like what did I do to deserve such a good guy.I feel like he's everything I've been waiting for he gets me and I know Im pretty hard to understand at times but I seem to make since to him so *kanye shrugs* lol (knock on wood!!)

What's next!School I've finally made the decision to go back to school and enter into the nursing program!I feel like I've taken the baby steps now it's time to run with the big boys!!Besides I had to wait until the feeling felt right and now it does so Im excited woot lol BUT I know I'll dread it once Im in it!!

I feel like Im excited for everything Im even excited for a new change of season wtf?!lol but winter has just done THE most to me I've been sick the entire time!Im ready for spring and rain.Im tired of slipping and sliding down the streets and seeing those huge mountains of snow evrywhere and lets not forget those freezing temps tsk tsk not for me lol!I like to look at snow but I don't like to be out in it and its being to rough on my skin I feel like a reptile :(.

Since I haven't been online in forever I think it's only fair that I mention my Janet!Did ya'll see her on dateline yesterday?!Can we say heffa had me talking in a language that doesnt exist *faints*!She looked radiant and glowie and screeeaaammmms what is Wissam doing to you hey girl hey lmao!Im excited for the book and tour.Although I wont make this tour*BOOOOOO!*and the book I can't wait to read it.Has anyone gotten it yet?!

Wow I can't believe I haven't been on to post since May that's crazy!And really there is no reason except for the fact that I kind of forgot I had a blog, then when I would remember I didnt feel like getting on and then you know summer came and yeah lol. But now that we are back in action I feel like I have sooooo much to post about just dont know where to start. You would think that after five months of no posting I'd be all over the place with a super duper exciting post WRONG! lol.

Not much to say especially since I decided to go "into hiding" for awhile from pretty much everyone. I kind of just got fed up and decided that I would be unreachable but after some thinking and some time away from friends I'm finally ready to get back out there sometimes I need that away time. May sound crazy but whatever!

I hope everyone had a great summer and a great start to fall! I'm excited all the holidays are starting to roll again. Halloween's almost here and I must say this that if anyone over the age of 14 comes ring my door bell talking about some trick or treat and there is not a child present with you I will be shutting the door in your face lol none of that nonsense!!

I havent been on my blog in a minute no reason really just haven't had the urge to make a posting and even now I haven't a clue as to what I want to say!

It's summer time and this summer I plan on having fun with my girls and just not even focuss on you guys. Shaking my head why can't you guys just act right hu hu HU?lmao. Let me tell ya'll I gave this guy my number which normally I dont do but I was like he seems cool everytime I see him we chat and everythings everythings..NO! mistake a BIG one.Homeboy been blowing my phone up textin me at three o'clock in the mornin wakin me up seeing if I'm still up um wtf go somewhere with that. In other news lol, I passed my test and now Iam able to enter into the program and go to school. I aint never been so stressed out over a test in my life lmao...I barelly passed but as my sister says a pass is a pass lol...Whew and that math...can we just say I said a prayer and me and my Lord was seeing eye to eye and he worked it out for me forreal lol..thank you God!!!!
