Hey dolls! I hope everyone is fab. Yes I am back. I thought about deactivating my blog and creating another one however I stopped and thought about it. I've had this blog since 2008. I've grown so much and couldn't imagaine deleting all of those memories. I have done some thinking and since I haven't made a post in about a year I want to kind of take my blog in a different direction and focus not so much on my personal life but more on what I've grown to love. As I've gotten older my love for fashion and makeup has just gone through the roof. So I look forward to taking you guys on my journey with me with spring right around the corner I can't wait to go shopping for spring attire, and get deals on makeup for different looks. Hello everyone, As always I hope everyone is doing well.

Let's jump into this! So I got invited a couple days ago by my bestfriends to attend the black expo with them. Where do I begin? haha. No all in all it was a good night HOWEVER I feel like certain things could have ran smoother ie during the fashion show there was ALWAYS a delay on the switching up the music like come on did we do a run through? However the ladies did work it out on the runway when the music decided it wanted to play. My favorite throught out the fashion show were the "Nappy Roots" dance routine. Omg the dancing was amazing put me right in " Coming to America" literally good job guys!

The next highlight would probably be seeing some local artists perform. Well I wouldn't really call them local at all being as none were from here lol but whatever. Some ladies came out raping and djing they were hot, they were dope I can't recall their names right now though I belive it was DDMC but Im not sure. Next highlight would be Crystal Renee's performance. I had never heard of her until last night she's really dope. It's a shame she's unsigned such good talent. However she'll "make it big" and when she does I can say I met her, got her autograph and a picture with her (my friend needs to be uploading that ASAP) thumbs up lol. She came out to meet the crowd after her set which most artists don't do I think that's why I like her aside from her singing she just seems like a people person and very sweet.

Other than that there wasn't much else I can speak on I mean come on only ONE place was giving away samples in food and it was cupcakes. I want to sample some MEAT baby AND no business out there were excepting debit cards cash only. Get with it people!!!

Anywho here are some pictures of me from yesterday. When I get the picture of Crystal Renee and I, I'll def come back and post it up my phone likes to die at the right time FAIL! I think I just got side tracked haha. Getting back on subject here are two pictures from last night. One before I left, and the other when I was actually there.

Hello to all I hope everyone is doing fab. I can't believe I haven't made a post since October. That's what nine months wow! Well I hope everyone had some great holidays lol.

Now to business. As you can see I changed the whole look of my blog. Why you ask? Because as I've gotten older and changed I have fallen madly inlove with yes, you've guessd it makeup! I can't get enough of this this stuff it's bad haha. However Im not looking to spend a fortune to get a great look. In later monther I've made purchases with MAC and Sephora. I enjoyed my products I got from them however I've discovered you can get the same results without the whole name brand fancy stuff.

So that's what this new blog will be about from now on:beauty, and my life. More detailed post to follow. I have to run bye guys :)!

Having a hard time getting up and getting going today so I thought I'd make a quick post :)

So, as we all know Iam a HUGE Janet Jackson, and Mariska Hargitay Stan. Yes these two women are extremely talented, and beautiful (lets face it their beauty makes me gag for my life!!!!) but it goes much deeper than that. They do alot for others and not for the "praise" of hollywood but because their heart is simply just that big. Their list of envolvement of charity work combined is amazing. I engourage you all to get out in your communities and get envolved anyway you can. You don't have to be rich to show that you care just reach out. You never know how much of an impact you can make on someone's life by just by being there and showing your heart. So thank you Mariska for starting your foundation, and thank you Janet for all the work you do for children <3

I have to admit that I watch tons, and tons, and TONS of SVU! I know every Tuesday is marathon day and after work my schedule is cleared (I have a point trust me lol). So, because of this and the subject matter that is on every episode I started to really and I mean really look into the Joyful Heart Foundation. What they do is amazing but really looking into the numbers of how many children, and women that get assaulted each year is astonishing and very sad. I feel like my heart just ways heavy on this issue.

I know neither Janet or Mariska will ever see this post(lol) but I made it for me, I made it for you, I made it for whoever has the time to sit down and read it :)
